✨ F*&K IT Moments (And Why They’re Part of Your Healing)
Do you ever just say F&K IT*?
Don’t worry—this is a judgment-free zone. I consider myself a spiritual being—filled with love, compassion, and empathy—and I still have my “F*&K IT” moments. And guess what? That’s perfectly okay.
As someone who walks the path of spiritual healing—with love and compassion—I still have my human moments. The ones where I roll my eyes at life, question everything, or just need to feel it all without pretending I have it all together.
And guess what? That’s not only normal, it’s necessary.
Being a spiritual mentor and holistic healer doesn’t mean I’m floating on a cloud of love and light 24/7. I’m not there, and I don’t pretend to be. What I am is aware—and that’s the true magic. Once I surrendered what I should be feeling or doing my awareness leaped into action.
Awareness helps me recognize when I dip into lower vibrations, and it allows me to gently pull myself back into alignment. But I never shame myself for being there. I honor both parts of me: the light and the human.
What’s the Perfect Recipe for Growth?
Here’s the truth:
There is no universal recipe.
I can share mine, but it won’t be your recipe. Why? Because you’re a unique soul navigating your own human experience.
What if I told you that you already know your own recipe?
What if I told you that you’re exactly where you need to be, even if it’s uncomfortable?
Maybe you’re reading this thinking:
“She must have never experienced real hardship.”
But my truth? My trauma helped shape my recipe.
No, you don’t need trauma to evolve. But if you’ve lived it—and most of us have—then it’s about leaning into it and allowing it to reveal your strength, your light, your resilience. Every experience, good and bad, has brought you to where you are today.
How to Discover Your Recipe
Here are a few ways you can begin to gently uncover your truth and reconnect with your higher self—without losing touch with your beautiful humanity:
1. Be Honest with Yourself
You can’t shift what you’re not willing to see. Take time to reflect. Journal. Ask:
What’s showing up in my life right now that feels uncomfortable?
What patterns keep repeating?
What does my inner dialogue sound like?
Sometimes, the people around you can reflect truths back to you—if they are safe and trusted. Ask them how you show up. Let it be a mirror, not a judgment. We grow through awareness, not through shame.
2. Stop Feeding the Ego
This is the tough part. The ego loves to take over, especially in “victim” mode. Yes, some experiences have deeply hurt you. Some were never your fault. But even still, you deserve healing. You deserve peace. Notice when your ego is craving attention. Catch the inner narrative that says “poor me” or “they did me wrong” on repeat.
Pause. Breathe. Tell your ego:
“Thank you for trying to protect me, but I am safe now. I’ve got this.”
This takes practice. The ego didn’t form overnight, and it won’t dissolve overnight either. But the more you notice it, the less power it holds.
3. Practice Consistency
Healing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up.
Be patient with yourself. You’re unraveling lifetimes (and generations) of conditioning.
Build a support system: friends, therapists, spiritual mentors—people who have done their own inner work. Choose those who call you higher, not those who coddle your ego.
4. Keep It Simple
Don’t put a deadline on your healing.
Let go of the heavy expectations and instead commit to this one thing:
Show up for yourself every day.
Even if it’s just for 5 minutes. Even if all you do is take a moment to breathe and whisper, “I love you” to yourself in the mirror.
One small act a day is enough to change your life.
Final Thoughts
You are not broken. You’re not behind. You’re not too much—or not enough. You are a spirit having a human experience. And sometimes, your human says “F&K IT”*—and that’s part of your brilliance. You’re learning, growing, shedding, becoming. Keep showing up. You’re doing beautifully.
You’re meant to shine.
You’re meant to feel love—and be love.
And this world wouldn’t be the same without you.💖
